Now, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team.


What's this position about?

  • manage and nurture business relationships with clients within assigned portfolio
  • grow business within the client base by proactively seeking new opportunities
  • build and execute account growth plans
  • constant collaboration with internal Team to ensure seamless cooperation with the client
  • coordinate Formalities negotiations, offering and contract handling

What do you need to have to join us?

  • possess 2+ years of previous experience in an Account Management role within an IT company
  • ability to proactively work with the client on business growth
  • good understanding of new technologies.
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+)
  • possess outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • the honest, transparent and professional approach that fits our organizational culture
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

We also value a lot:


  • good understanding of the Account-Based Sales approach.
  • ability to represent Apptension at external conferences and maintain a professional social media presence.

  • salary:

    CoE: 9400 - 11600 PLN gross
    B2B: 11300 - 14000 PLN net + VAT (includes 26 paid days off)
