What do you need to have to join us?

  • experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role in a startup environment.
  • experience in strategic capital allocation - planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical activities that support the company's most important business decisions and overall financial health.
  • experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • proven expertise in strategic planning, sales and marketing.
  • leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective team.
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1).
