Now, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team.


What's this position about?

  • develop Account plans to outline strategies for key clients 
  • identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for further cooperation to achieve sales targets
  • analyze market trends, prepare analysis and reports on key accounts and initiate changes and improvements based on the results
  • develop strong relationships with key clients to ensure long term cooperation
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure client’s satisfaction and expectations are met
  • budget and forecast revenue, ensure the company's revenue targets are met
  • negotiate contracts and offers
  • manage potential conflicts and difficult situations with the client
  • represent the company at industry events, conferences and other networking opportunities
  • actively cooperate with the Head of Sales in terms of the company's goals and strategy

What do you need to have to join us?

  • min. 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or related role in an IT company, ideally in a software house environment 
  • proven expertise in account planning and accurate sales forecasting
  • understanding key customer priorities to meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth goals for assigned accounts.
  • love for chasing opportunities that may not be immediately obvious or clearly structured but require initiative and drive to be pursued
  • ability to work independently with individual and departmental targets (monthly, quarterly, etc.) 
  • excellent negotiation skills 
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+)
  • impressive written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate communication into actionable plans
  • proactive attitude, work accuracy and delivering tasks promptly

    CoE: 11600 - 15000 PLN gross
    B2B: 14000 - 18000 PLN net + VAT (includes 26 paid days off)
