Now, we’re looking for a Sales Effectiveness Manager to join our team.

What's this position about?

  • Defining and optimizing account territory planning, sales processes, opportunity pursuit, and sales performance management processes.
  • Setting and executing the strategic vision of sales effectiveness.
  • Setting clear goals, monitoring process, progress and results.
  • Establishing the sales strategy to obtain baseline measures against key sales skills and behaviours across the organization.
  • Improving sales and coaching best practices.
  • Driving key initiatives to ensure team member are achieving individual, team and department goals.
  • Standardizing process to strengthen position in accounts and must win opportunities.
  • Leading, managing, and executing the process of gathering, documenting, and maintaining process workflows.
  • Providing professional, clear, and complete written and verbal communication that ensures that the intended audience receives information appropriately.


  • work at every stage of sales process to be up-to-date and have full knowledge of each process,
  • work closely with our Referral Network,
  • communicate a compelling and inspired vision and sense of common purpose,
  • work with team members to formalize ongoing sales training and professional development programs,
  • develop and maintain all content required for the onboarding and continued training,
  • work with the team internally to measure the efficacy of proposed solutions to prove ROI,
  • recruit, develop and lead a small team,
  • set clear milestones and hold people (and self) accountable to deliver,
  • build relationships and craft approaches that are perceived as positive and successful.

  • Zoom, Google Meet - for client and team calls
  • Google Workspace - for email, working with documents, presentations and spreadsheets
  • You will also have an opportunity to get to know other tools that our teams use in project delivery like Jira or Figma - but its is rather unlikely that you will use them on daily basis

What do you need to have to join us?

We value great ideas and strong working ethics.
Here’s a list of the skills that we would like you to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Agency / Startup / Investor / Software House environment - it's an absolute must for us, since you have to know technical terms
  • very good command of English, both spoken and written (at least C1)
  • experience in working with an international team spread across the globe
  • proven record in increasing sales effectiveness (per territory, product, based on tenure, etc.)
  • hands-on ability to build processes from the ground up
  • exceptional communication skills, leadership presence and ability to effectively interact at all level of the sales organization (C-level, client relationship, team members)
  • knowledge how to implement an iterative approach to training, measuring and identifying and solving challenges
  • eagerness to passing and organizing knowledge so it is accessible to other people - eye to detail
  • coaching/training skills and mindset used in wide knowledge-sharing incentives among the teams
  • team management experience.

  • experience of working within the sales team that was going through a major transition 
  • some understanding of financial forecasting and how it should translate into sales team priorities and everyday work

  • experience with an OKR-like system or another goal-oriented methodology
  • experience of managing teams
  • experience selling highly technical products/services and/or selling to technical persons (CTO, Head of Product, (Technical) Founders)
